Augustine O’Donoghue was curator and participating artist in ‘Weather Permitting’ – an outdoor exhibition of video art, presented in various off-site rural and urban locations around Ireland. These locations included beaches in Wexford and Galway, as well as a site in Roscommon in association with Mantua project. ‘Weather Permitting’ involved screenings of video work by over 30 Irish and international artists. Work was selected based on the particularities of each location, with some events including sound performance and site-specific painting.
